We use a product that is unique in that it is available in a standard drying and a slow drying format. The standard drying format (as used by other manufacturers) is for use in colder weather and allows the sealant to fully penetrate the substrate and jointing sand. The slow drying format has been designed for use in warmer temperatures and again allows the sealant to fully penetrate the substrate and jointing sand before solvent evaporation ensuring that the full joint hardens and not just the top layer.
Spinseal - Acrylic based sealers with elastomers produce hard yet flexible clear films. They are non-yellowing and contain a UV absorber to improve protection from ultra violet light.

Spinseal provides a barrier to contaminants such as OIL, PETROL, DIESAL, ALKALIS, FOOD STAINING and most common chemicals.

Spinseal will increase the abrasion resistance of the surface and also penetrate the jointing sand thus stabilising the joints and preventing the infestation of WEEDS, MOSS, LICHEN, ALGAE and burrowing insects such as ANTS
